Ingredients: My sister, Sue Ann's recipe. Chinese food is always our choice when we have our Sister's Night Out.
5 cups of natural rice
4 pork chops cut up or 3 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 small onion minced
4 TBsp minced garlic (buy jar)
2 eggs scrambled
Soy sauce and sugar to taste
1/4 cup ketsup
salt/pepper
Directions:
  1. Cook rice 2 parts water/1 part rice to boil.
  2. Stir rice and put on lowest heat to simmer for 30 min; cover.
  3. Brown cubed pork or chicken in oiled pan.
  4. Add onions and garlic pcs; saute and push to side.
  5. Scramble two eggs; push into meat mixture.
  6. Add soy sauce and sugar to taste.
  7. Add 1/4 cup ketsup, salt and pepper to season.
  8. Add rice and fold while stirring.
  9. Serves 4.
