Ingredients:

1/2 lb ground beef/ 1/2 lb ground pork (pork optional)

1/2 cup cubed french bread
(buy a loaf to serve with the meal as well)

1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp dried basil leaves
-
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
-
1 garlic clove, minced
(buy a jar of minced cloves)

1 egg
-
1/4 cup minced onion
-
Shake salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp sugar
Directions:

Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Bake until lightly browned and no longer pink in middle.

large bowl, combine all meat ingredients; mix well.

Shape into 24 meatballs.

Please on ungreased baking pan (15x10x1).
-
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Then add to your favorite sauce.
