Maple Glaze Meatloaf

3/4 lb lean ground turkey
3/4 lb extra lean ground beef
(sometimes I use all beef)
1/2 cup milk
1 - l oz pkg dry onion soup mix
3/4 cup Progresso plain bread crumbs
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup Hungry Jack Microwave Ready Regular Syrup
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray 12x8 inch (2 quart) baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients; mix well.
Shape mixture into 14 inch rectangle loaf in sprayed baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl combine glaze ingredients; blend well.
Reserve 1/2 cup of glaze; set aside.
Drizzle 3 Tbsp glaze over loaf; bake 15 minutes.
Drizzle an additional 3 tbsp glaze over loaf; bake 15 minutes.
Drizzle remaining 2 tbsp glaze over loaf;
Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until thermometer inserted into center of meatloaf reaches 180-185 degrees F.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve reserved glaze over slices.
Total cooking time: 1 hr 10 min at 180 degrees.
