Ingredients: This is a phonetic spelling of Mollee's dish.  I observed her making it and wrote it down.  It's a sweet and sour pork or chicken dinner.  Most Thai people eat very hot foods.  This Thai recipe of Mollee's accommodates American taste.
2 cucumbers (pared and sliced small)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tomatoes cut up small
4-5 pork chops (or chicken) in small bite size pcs
3 Tbsp oil in Wok
2 Tbsp of sugar
salt/pepper
2 cups ketsup or tomato sauce
4 cups of "cooked" white natural rice (make ahead)
Directions:
  1. Add 3 Tbsp oil in Wok
  2. Brown pork chop pcs and together saute the following:
    • 1/2 cup chopped onions
    • 2 cups of chopped cucumbers
    • 2 tomatoes cut up small
    • 1 cup of ketsup or tomato sauce
    • 2 Tbsp of sugar
    • garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste
  3. Serve over a bed of natural white rice.
  4. Cook rice 2 parts water/1 part rice to boil.
  5. Stir rice and put on lowest heat to simmer for 25 min; cover. Rice should be fluffy but not dry.
