Ingredients: This is a phonetic spelling of Mollee's dish. I observed her making it and wrote it down. It's a sweet and sour pork or chicken dinner. Most Thai people eat very hot foods. This Thai recipe of Mollee's accommodates American taste.

4-5 pork chops (or chicken) in small bite size pcs
3 Tbsp oil in Wok
2 Tbsp of sugar
salt/pepper
2 cups ketsup or tomato sauce
4 cups of "cooked" white natural rice (make ahead)
Directions:
  1. Add 3 Tbsp oil in Wok
  2. Brown pork chop pcs and together saute the following:
    • 1/2 cup chopped onions
    • 2 cups of chopped cucumbers

    • 1 cup of ketsup or tomato sauce
