Ingredients:

5 cups of natural rice
-
4 pork chops cut up or 3 boneless chicken breasts

1/2 small onion minced
-
4 TBsp minced garlic (buy jar)

2 eggs scrambled
-
Soy sauce and sugar to taste

1/4 cup ketsup
-
salt/pepper
Directions:

Cook rice 2 parts water/1 part rice to boil.

Stir rice and put on lowest heat to simmer for 30 min; cover.

Brown cubed pork or chicken in oiled pan.

Add onions and garlic pcs; saute and push to side.

Scramble two eggs; push into meat mixture.

Add soy sauce and sugar to taste.

Add 1/4 cup ketsup, salt and pepper to season.

Add rice and fold while stirring.
