Ingredients: Mollee was my maid in Thailand in 1972.
	  I learned by watching.
7 ozs of precooked shrimp (keep frozen until ready)
4 pork chops
3 cups zucchini cut small
1/2 cup onion cut in small pcs
5 shakes of garlic salt (to taste)
3 cups of fresh broccoli (cleaned and cut small)
1 small can of minced pineapples
4-5 cups of white natural "cooked rice" (make ahead)
Directions:
  1. Chop zucchini and onion into small pcs after pealing.
  2. Put oil in wok to cover bottom and saute onions with zucchini.
  3. Cut pork chops into small bite-size pcs.
  4. Move zucchini mixture to sides and brown pork chop.
  5. Add shrimp to mixture and warm 1 minute.
  6. Add 1/2 cup water to pan if not enough gravy; stir.
  7. Mix in pineapple pcs for 2 minutes(allow for small amount of the juice).
  8. Stir and Serve over fluffy bed of rice.
  9. Cook rice 2 parts water/1 part rice to boil.
  10. Stir rice and put on lowest heat to simmer for 30 min; cover. Rice should be fluffy, but not dry.
